Guy Tatsa
Founder & Director
Guy’s own surrogacy journey with his partner of 30+ years, Luchi, inspired him to create BabyBloom. Together they became proud parents of three children—Ela, David, and Eitan—all born through surrogacy in the U.S. That life-changing experience shaped his vision: to make surrogacy accessible, safe, and compassionate for everyone.
With a background in Medical Sciences and Psychology, Guy combines scientific knowledge with a passion for advocacy and social change. For over 15 years, he has supported more than 800 families—LGBTQ+ and straight—around the world. Today, living in the U.S., he continues to grow BabyBloom’s network and personally support parents through every milestone.
Surrogacy is more than an option—it’s a right. Until the world fully embraces this, my mission is to make each journey possible, meaningful, and safe.
Lilach Avrani
Director of Client Services
From leading tech teams in the IDF to managing luxury global events, Lilach brings sharp organizational skills and a deep sense of purpose. A chance meeting with Guy became a long-standing collaboration, fueled by a shared vision: helping people become parents.
At BabyBloom, she oversees operations and leads the Family Makers—our frontline support team. With precision, creativity, and empathy, Lilach ensures that every family receives seamless, attentive care.

Omri Levi
Community Director
Omri is a Community Manager and a medical student. He dedicated the beginning of his professional career to the fields of communication, connecting people, and leading communities, driven by a belief in the power of genuine human connection. Furthermore, he taught English and Mathematics to children, making his connection to the world of children natural.
The transition to BabyBloom was a natural step in his professional path: a combination of personal mission, a passion for the world of medicine, and a deep connection to the right to parenthood. Omri manages the BabyBloom community, working alongside the company's team, which supports future parents with sensitivity, patience, and professionalism. He believes that community management is not just about content or information—but about creating a warm and supportive home where every parent on the path finds a listening ear, security, and a smile on the way to parenthood."
